Cave Art
The series Cave Art is inspired by the overlaps of current graffiti art and the rock paintings left behind by our ancestors.
The lineage between revered hieroglyphs and the counter-culture graffiti art is evident of the on-going need to be seen.
In short, we still tell stories,
by painting on walls.
Modern day graffiti artist paint their realities, hopes, dreams, and fears, just as our ancestors did.
They are telling us about themselves and the society they inhabit. In an attempt to reflect the world as others have done before them.
