Food is something everyone enjoys. Most people that open their own restaurant truly love food. It brings them happiness to cook and to see the joy on peoples face when they take that first bite. While at a restaurant you may never even see the chef, or the cook, or the guy that made your soup but trust me when I say they always grin when someone truly enjoys the food. While working at a local mom and pop when I was young I can tell you every time I got a thank you or a saw someone happy
