Toy project
Toys can take on a life of their own when we're young. To a child they're not just a piece of plastic, instead they are a door into another world. A world away from their own. It's outer space, another planet, a different time, or another dimension.
I had a product assignment of some toys one day, and after taking a shot, I looked at the image on the camera and saw something alive and calling out asking to be seen. So I set out to to capture them, to remind us that we all need to let and move on to something that brings out that same childhood sense of wonder. Make something come to life.
